Group and Vice Group Commander

The Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps prides itself on building future leaders, not only the community, of America! 

The Group and Vice Group play a crucial role in shaping the character, discipline, and organizational skills of the cadets involved. Both the Group and Vice Group are command and control the unit using his/her staff and subordinate leaders.

They ensures proper appearance, discipline, efficiency, training, and conduct of the

unit. 

They conduct a bi-monthly cadet staff meeting and briefs the SASI on all group

activities. 

Manage attainment of AFJROTC mission, goals, and objectives. 

Finally, they assist the SASI and ASI as necessary.

CA-20063 is almost entirely cadet led. The instructors take a step back, letting the cadets make mistakes, and learn what it is like to be true leaders.
