The cadet leading the staff is the Chief of Staff. They are responsible for overseeing the staff, making sure they all do their jobs well. The Chief of Staff is also responsible for staff to complete their designated jobs and to train their NCO's as well. Chief of Staff also take attendance and does their inspection for uniform.
The most senior enlisted cadet, they have the responsibility of speaking on behalf of the enlisted cadets in the our program. They advise not only the Group Commander, but the Chief of Staff and the Vice Group Commander commander.
The cadet occupying staff position A1 is responsible for making sure that our digital databank, WINGS, is updated and that every community service event is recorded and in addition, A-1 is responsible for keeping record of every cadet within the program as well.
The cadet occupying staff position A2 is responsible for making sure that every equipment is properly kept and managed as well as making sure that the classroom is locked and secured when it is time to leave. It is also A-2's duty to inform A-3 (Operations Officer) how the weather will be during each week for proper planning.
The cadet occupying staff position A3 is responsible for ensuring the completion of the cadet unit's weekly Operations Orders. This document dictates and informs cadets to what activities will be conducted during said week. This includes but is not limited to Physical Training routines, uniform inspections, drill, cadet teams, and upcoming community service events.
The cadet occupying staff position A4 is responsible for managing the equipment under the unit's control, from receiving to issuing, as well as maintaining the organization in the storeroom.
The cadet occupying staff position A5/A6 is responsible for making and managing documents for the unit, managing the unit website, and managing the units social media.
The cadet occupying staff position A7 is responsible for the continued physical education of the cadets and the leading of those cadets during physical training. This is achieved by the A-7 scheduling future PT workouts and a recording of cadet performance.
The cadet that holds the position of A8 is in charge of the finance sector for the unit. This cadet is in charge of maintaining cadet funds and ensures the completion of purchase orders. This is also the officer in that must plan for the money that is going to be spent and makes sure it is being used for the cadets of this unit.
The cadet holding the position of A9 is responsible for making sure all paper after actions are digitized and uploaded to the staff drive. This cadet is also responsible for making sure the unit has an internet presence, as well as keeping the corps public affairs in order.
The cadet holding this position is in charge of management of all of the unit's teams in preparation for upcoming drill competitions. This cadet ensures that all participating teams are prepared in terms of uniform, materials needed, knowledge, and drill by the time competition days arrive, in addition to keeping all team commanders and the Group Commander updated on competition and teams information.
