All eligible cadets will promote to the next rank every promotion cycle.
50% of cadets will participate in an academic or drill team.

Each recruiting event will garner a minimum of 60 sign-ups.
30% of cadets will participate in a club and/or organization outside of JROTC.
75% of first year cadets will remain in the program throughout the 2025-2026 academic year.

Each cadet will complete 25 hours of community service by the end of the third quarter.
