The Force Support Squadron Commander leads and oversees personnel support, awards, community service, academic tracking, recruiting support, and other personnel-focused programs within the unit. The commander coordinates subordinate flights, establishes priorities, monitors performance, and ensures cadet records, recognition programs, and support functions are properly managed and completed.

The Force Support Deputy Squadron Commander assists the Squadron Commander in managing personnel support programs, awards, community service, academic tracking, recruiting support, and squadron administration. The Deputy Commander monitors flight progress, tracks deadlines and personnel requirements, coordinates tasks between flights, and assumes the commander’s responsibilities when necessary.
C/2d Lt Ameliya Sahakyan
The Force Support Officer assists with the execution of personnel support programs, including awards, community service, academic tracking, recruiting support, and cadet records. The officer helps collect and verify information, coordinates with flights and cadets, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures assigned Force Support tasks are completed on time.
