Operations Squadron Deputy Commander

The Operations Deputy Squadron Commander assists the Operations Squadron Commander in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the unit’s day-to-day and operational activities. The Deputy Commander helps manage flight operations, personnel taskings, training, schedules, and major operational requirements while tracking deadlines and ensuring missions are properly executed. The Deputy Commander also supports the Squadron Commander with coordination between flights and assumes command responsibilities when the commander is unavailable.

Operations Squadron Commander

The Operations Squadron Commander leads and oversees the unit’s operational activities, including training, events, schedules, personnel taskings, and mission requirements. The commander coordinates with flight commanders and other squadron leadership to ensure operations are properly planned, organized, and executed, while monitoring performance, readiness, and deadlines. The commander also provides direction to subordinate personnel and reports operational status and significant issues to higher leadership.

Operations Squadron Officer 

The Operations Squadron Officer assists with coordinating the unit’s operational activities, including training, events, schedules, and personnel taskings, while also overseeing the unit’s academic and competition teams. The officer coordinates team practices, competitions, participation, and readiness, works with team commanders and coaches, and ensures teams have the resources and support needed to succeed. The officer also tracks performance, maintains schedules, and reports team and operational status to the Operations Squadron Commander.
