The Mission Support Squadron serves as the organizational backbone of the AFJROTC unit by planning, coordinating, and sustaining the administrative, logistical, and financial operations that enable the corps to accomplish its mission. Through event planning, committee oversight, community service coordination, financial management, and post-event analysis, the squadron ensures activities are organized, resources are properly managed, and lessons learned are applied to future operations. By working closely with unit leadership and other staff squadrons, Mission Support maintains efficient processes, accountability, and long-term planning to support the continued success and professionalism of the corps.

-Oversees the work from the squadron.
-Communicates with the squadron and to assign tasks.
-Ensures all tasks are completed in a timely manner and on time to ensure the unit is informed
of the plans/events once complete.

-Supports the squadron commander to ensure the squadron is operating effectively and
efficiently.
-Ensures that all tasks and suspenses are delivered on time.
-Covers down first squadron commander during his absence.
-Ensure knowledge of all mission support squadron functions and tasks.
-Mentors and supports all cadets assigned to mission support squadrons.
